Is shipping free?

Yes. MESO offers complimentary shipping on every order, to every destination, with no minimum.

Which carriers do you use?

DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, Chronopost, or Colissimo, selected according to destination. Every order is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the piece:

• In-stock pieces, including vermeil and silver, are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces, including gold, are produced over 4 to 6 weeks, occasionally longer for more elaborate designs.

Each product page indicates the lead time that applies. Once dispatched, delivery itself typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

Are duties and taxes included?

For orders shipped to France, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and Japan, all duties and taxes are included. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

For all other destinations, local duties, taxes, and import charges may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility. Charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing your order.

Should a parcel be refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid duties, additional shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any refund issued.
